• Advanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Costs may be significantly higher due to complexity.
• Small Issues (e.g., Resetting a GFCI, Turning On a Circuit Breaker): Normally a $125 service fee.
• Remote Support: We do our best to help you resolve the issue over the phone first, as we can often diagnose it based on your description.
• No Hidden Fees: The price we quote is what you pay.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If we can’t resolve the issue (a rare occurrence), we won’t charge you.
• Transparent Assessment: Within 30 minutes to an hour, we can typically diagnose the problem and provide a detailed quote for repairs. We’ll always get your approval before moving forward.
• Major Upgrades or New Installations: Our diagnostics and repair service doesn’t cover large-scale system upgrades, panel replacements, or extensive rewiring (these require a separate estimate).
• Permit & Inspection Fees: Any required permits or third-party inspections are not included in our base fees.
• Parts & Materials: Standard parts are usually included in the initial quote, but more extensive or specialized components may cost extra.

• A flat $300 fee just to drive to your location, plus the cost of any necessary repairs after that.
• Ideal for businesses that need immediate attention outside of normal working hours or on weekends/holidays.
