Pricing

Due to the unique complexities and variations of renovation and tenant improvement projects, a consultation or set of plans is necessary before we discuss pricing. Unlike new construction,
these projects come with unexpected elements, so we generally bill as we progress. Every project is unique, and clients will be informed of specifics along the way.

Excluded

• Change orders will be treated separately from the main project and managed under separate contracts

• We do not take responsibility for correcting any pre-existing bad service or faulty work done by others

For lighting, we typically don’t supply light fixtures unless specifically requested by the client.
