My old electrical panel had reached the end of its service life and had melted wires at the circuit breaker for the water heater. As I got estimates, Miguel Bojorquez took care of this problem so that I would have time to make my decision and schedule a panel replacement. This experience plus John Crowder's quick, informative responses to my questions demonstrated Vale City Electric's commitment to customer satisfaction. And so, I chose them for the panel replacement.

Miguel kept me informed when it came time to do the project. He completed it in about five hours and cleaned up all debris. Then, we worked together to label the new panel. Miguel kept things neat and did a great job.

Yes, as licensed contractors, we provide a minimum 2-year parts and labor warranty on all our work. If we or any other contractor replace a part within this period, the warranty is renewed from the replacement date, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 32-1155 and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors Rules R4-9-108. 
 
Typically, replacing your main panel takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the approval and review process by utility companies (APS or SRP). In emergency situations, we can expedite the process to as quickly as the same day or within 1-3 business days. 
 
Yes, most estimates are free. However, in certain cases where it appears our time might be wasted, we may charge a fee to cover our expenses. 
 
We accept all major forms of payment except food stamps and cryptocurrency. There are no additional fees for using credit cards.
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our license number is ROC#348608. We carry workers’ compensation insurance and general liability insurance that covers up to $3 million in damages. For your peace of mind, you can verify our licensing status at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ website: www.roc.az.gov. We encourage you to verify any contractor’s credentials to ensure you are working with a reputable professional.
