Pricing

For standard new construction projects, our pricing typically ranges from $8.50 to $12 per livable square foot, depending on the complexity of the home.

• Track Homes: These projects generally take us 40-60 hours to complete, from rough-in to final hotcheck. We guarantee attention to detail, ensuring there are no large issues at the hotcheck.

• Custom Homes: Timing depends on complexity, but our crews are among the fastest in the industry. They are well-paid and highly skilled, ensuring your project is handled with care and speed.

Included

• All Necessary Trenching: Even for the main utility.

• Permitting & Liaisons: We handle all communication with the city and utility departments.

• Rough, Trim, and Final Hotcheck: Comprehensive service from start to finish.

• Parts & Labor: All associated electrical parts and labor are covered.

• Inspection Corrections: Any necessary adjustments per inspector requests are included.

• Changes After Initial Prints: Any modifications after the initial bid will be subject to additional costs, addressed separately as a change order.

• Hanging Light Fixtures & Fans: These services can be added at an additional cost.

If we’re asked to rewire a new construction home that has been poorly wired by others, we will demolish all existing wiring and install new, safe wiring. Vale City Electric can only warranty and guarantee our own parts and labor, not the work of others.
